I've been searching, it seems forever, for a property in France and have become increasingly frustrated by what appears to be an element of "do-little" agencies, who upload 6 photos with a very brief 2 line description and then charge 7% and more; my best to date has been 6 words and 3 pictures and a commission of 9% !!!

Whilst I haven't found that elusive "perfect" property on Beaux Villages, I'm sure I've got 20 times more chance of finding it here than with other "agents". I am regularly seeing 20+ pictures and comprehensive descriptions, if only others took the hint.

Meanwhile, I'll get back to the search :-)
